All computer files I produce are backed up and stored on CD, so that if and when you come back for more, all your files will be available to me. So if, for example, you require a new batch of business cards, the file can be loaded almost instantly and more business card printed and delivered within days of you placing the order.

You will also find me very prompt in my response to any questions you may have or help you may need. My e-mails are checked on a very regular basis and if I am unable to answer my phone when you call you will receive a call back, normally within 3 hours.
